Coastal Cooking: Lobster Ceviche

2 1-1/2 lb lobsters, cooked, cooled and deshelled, sliced into 1-inch pieces
2 avocados, peeled and diced 2 Mangoes, peeled and diced 1 jalapeño pepper, deseeded and finely diced
1/2 Small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2/3 cup fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Gently stir together to mix. Serves 4 as an appetizer.
