Beef Short Rib – a play on Chinese Beef and Broccoli

Recipe for Four

Ingredients:

For Braise

4 ea short rib, bone in or 1 piece (2#) chuck flap

2 cup veal stock

1 cup shoyu white soy sauce

1 cup sugar

1 cup white miso paste

8 clove garlic crushed

For Rice

1 pint forbidden rice

1 pint water

1 oz ginger

For Vegetables

Fresh Broccoli

1 pack trimmed snap peas

1 thin sliced carrot

12 ea breakfast radish

1 cup scallions thin sliced
